Agricultural Education Program

Organic Farming Training Program involves volunteers or trainees participating in the activities of farmers or WHGs.

 Volunteering
In this, youngsters from different countries learn about the local organic farming system and many related issues by offering their services in selected farmers' fields or in organic farming in WGH.  They live in organic farming and learn organic farming methods. Farmers in selected farms produce food grains organically and try to live a simple life in a very simple way. They impart their knowledge and experience of organic production methods, sustainable and environmentally friendly living to the farmers by providing them with excellent food, safe, and clean living facilities. In return, the volunteers work for 4-6 hours in the field and gain first-hand experience and knowledge of organic farming methods and help the farmers.  These volunteers learn by working 4.6 hours per day.

 Internship Program

The Woof-India training program is designed to conduct educational training in a network of experts and inspiring environments based on research on organic and sustainable farming practices and various environmental issues. These trainees are final year learners in different universities. In this project-based training is implemented individually or in groups. Organic methods and skills.
12 weeks' long duration training is useful for trainees who want to do research, plan on their own project. The period of 4 to 8 weeks is suitable for those who want to implement the projects offered by woof- India. The internship is divided into three stages. The first step is to understand the concept and guide it. The project is selected at a time when wwoof-India and the host farmers are engaging in a purposeful and rewarding relationship before starting on the field.
In the second phase, the student's time is fixed for the research of the selected project. The study done in the middle of the project is reviewed. Which provides an opportunity for constructive review and feedback. In the final presentation of the project, the actual research is completed and the actual action is initiated. In the third stage, the selected project is implemented by the host with the training in the farmer's field. Some trainees train in WGV. Farmers, volunteers, and trainees from the surrounding villages are involved in various activities such as setting up of seedling nurseries, construction of dams, preparation of shade pads for nurseries, and preparation of compost units. Participate in work.

At the end of the training period, the trainee makes presentations on the research Barbie he has experienced and studied in all three stages in the project he maintains while implementing the project in the trainee coordinator's field. All entries from the beginning to the end of the project provide certificates to the trainees and the entire woof-India trainee. In which he especially describes the experience he has learned and gained.
